  • I hold tradesmen and craftsmen in high esteem and I enjoy engaging them and developing relationships with them on residential and commercial construction sites, in union training centers, in their work truck/ trailer and on manufacturing floors
  • I am also curious and enjoy interfacing with DIY / Consumers in their homes, garages and back yards
  • I am curious to see:
    • How products "live" in the end user's world
    • learning What problems / issues have caused these users to develop a work around solution
    • What makes up their solution ecosystem (product + key accessories)
